Casitas Las Rosas, lovely one bedroom with queen pull out couch for your guests. Granite throughout kitchen and the large bathroom, large fridge, everything is there for your vacation. Fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer in the unit. Altogether a great place to be. We can rent through the summer months for $950.00 a month and during the season $2200.00. All utilities are paid during the season, but if you take summer months the utilities will be your responsibility.
