Amenities include: air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, hair dryer supplied in each bathroom, oven, microwave oven, place settings, pots/pans, patio/balcony, stove, two bathrooms, high speed internet, video on demand, and a DVD-Home theater system. This price doesn't include a $11.25 USD per night ($150 Mexican pesos) for the hotel amenity fees payable upon registration.? December provides very strong ocean currents in front of the resort when ocean swimming is not advised. A swim-able beach is located approximately 10 minutes from the resort.? Resort front desk is open daily 24 hours.? Laundry facilities are available on property.? On-site and Nearby Activities: Spa, jet skiing, fishing, boat tours, golf, ATV, snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding, para-sailing, whale watching, desert trails, fine and casual dining, and shopping. Car rental is available onsite.? All villas are non-smoking. The resort reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $150 U.S. for any smoke-affected villa.
