I have an extra week available for this year (2011) in Mexico. My timeshare is with the Mayan resorts and they have several locations to choose from. Their website is mayanresorts.com . I have been to 3 of the locations and have loved each one.. As of right now, the last check in date for 2011 is Dec 15th.So if you are looking for an early vacation, this might be just what you are looking for. We rent these out quite often The units are based on availablity so if anyone tells you they can get you any week you want, they are mistaken. Most places sleep 4-6, share with another couple and it is a really cheap vacation. We are asking $550 for the week. These are not all inclusive resorts so you can save $$$ by cooking/drinking in your rooms. We have also never had a problem with taking our own drinks down to the pool area. They do frown on coolers though. I have always felt safe at the Mayan resorts, security is very tight. I would need acash down payment before I make a reservation.I also have extra RCI points that I would like to rent out. The price would depend on how many points the resort requires.(studio, 1bedroom, 2bedroom) If you look at RCI.com you can see all of the resorts available. Anything from Las Vegas to Mexico.
