You are renting from the owner and are the GUEST.Traveler must have a valid ID, credit card and be at least 21 yrs. Failure to have proper ID, valid age or credit card, is your responsibility and does NOT justify a refund.NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REQUIRED!!
