The dining room table is all new with comfy leather chairs. For additional seating, there are 4 solid wood bar stools perfectly matched to the kitchen and dining room. You will also enjoy the convenience of having a private washer and dryer in the condo. This condo features views of the ski slopes, gondola, and the spectacular pool area at The Springs. Watch the skiers come down Dercum Mountain from the living room and the balcony, or enjoy watching your children enjoy the pool from the comfort of your balcony. The Springs is the closest building in Keystone to the new high speed, eight-person gondola. When you step out of the building you will be about 1 minute from walking distance from the Gondola. You are also approximately a 1-2 minute walk from excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals, and great people watching. The Springs was completed in 2000 and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort.
