Beach home for lease within a few miles of Ocean City, MD. Our residence is in the neighborhood of Assateague Pointe, next to Frontier Town off of Rt. 611.It is a one bed room home with a queen size sleeper couch in the living room, can sleep as much as 6 people.The community has two swimming pools, ponds, entertainment center, fishing pier, and more It is within just a few miles of shopping, restaurants, trips, and the beach/boardwalk! All renters are needed to clean before departure and take all trash to trash dump at front of the neighborhood. Our prices for the period of May-Sept. of 2014, with a minimum of 3 nights remain, are as follows:. 3-5 nights $135/night. 6 or more nights $125/night. We need 1/3 of your stay as a deposit to hold your dates. Kindly ask us about our discounted off periods rates as well. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you !!
