A very large oceanfront recreation deck with a Tiki Bar and grill. Sandwich shop, convince store, and gift shop. For the active guess you can enjoy playing tennis, paddleball and shuffleboard whit the ocean to invigorate you private beach lounge chairs. Umbrellas and even 3 volleyball area. On the 22nd floor with views on both the ocean and bay you will enjoy our in door pool and a full exercise room with nautilus equipment and a game room. The locker rooms even have large saunas for your enjoyment. (Tiki bar, out door pool etc. are not available during the off season)Unit on the 9th floor newly remolded is equipped with Queen Murphy bed. Queen pull out couch bed a/c. If you choose to travel with out taking your car you can enjoy our buss system that allows safe travel to the boardwalk or the many restaurants and fun nightlife that our town has to offer. The OC boardwalk has won many awards as one of the top attractions in the US other activities to enjoy in OC are spectacular surf the ocean).
