Both have 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and will sleep 8 guests (or when rent both units together there is room for up to 16 guests!) The ocean views from all 3 bedrooms and both living rooms are spectacular! Walk along the State Park 804 Trail and enjoy the ocean spraying up along the coastline. This extraordinary part of the coastline is full of the natural lava tubes where the force of the waves pushes the water up through the tubes and creates a spectacular view any time of year! The home itself is two stories with an oversized one-car garage. The hot tub is located in an enclosed area protected from the wind and rain, yet with a view to the ocean youll be delighted with the experience. The main living level of the home is upstairs. All rooms, except the bathrooms have ocean views! Yachats is a beautiful place to visit and is known as a quiet coastal village with small galleries, gift shops and restaurants. Only 30 minutes North of Florence, making a visit to the casino very easy. Newport, Oregon is located 45 minutes North where youll find the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Newport Bayfront, Marine Discovery Tours and so much more! Each Side Sleeps 8 - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Queen, 3 baths.
