The neighborhood is safe and very friendly and its conveniently nestled between Venice/Santa Monica and the south Bay, and only 10 minutes to both the 405 and 10 fwy?s and 12 minutes to LAX airport. The beach house is only a few blocks from Washington blvd cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, pier, boat marina, historic Venice canals, Venice boardwalk, yoga, banks, dry cleaners & market. You don't need anything but your sunscreen! Great for beach volleyball, surfing, BBQ's & picnics, jogging, swimming, sunbathing, rollerblading, biking etc....You don't really need a car if you're not planning on driving anyplace far and there is a bus stop right on the corner.SECURITY DEPOSIT: This is handled directly by airbnb (not myself) and functions much like hotels do.
