It is a very short walk to the town of ?Gem of the Oregon Coast?, Yachats, where there are many eateries and quaint shops of various types. Home has a fenced yard for pets and a propane-powerered generator that comes on automatically in the event of a power outage. This home offers all of the amenities of comfortable living with a fully equipped Kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, coffee grinder, and dining area with incredible views. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace to keep warm by and enjoy the new 55? HD/TV. Direct TV (200 Channels), and Comcast cable TV as well.
