This rental is not ideal for non-boaters considering that waterside access is not direct - being up front on this so as not to dissatisfy anyone. Rests 2 - 4, Room for 2 rigs (truck and trailer.) This unit has actually been the house to folks from ESPN, BASS Elites and Open fishermens. It also has a gas grill, coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and A/C.
