This cozy Aframe sits on 3 acres above the San Juan River which flows through Pagosa Springs. It is quiet and peaceful.The Aframe rate is $65.00/n for two people, $95.00/n for four, plus lodging tax (8.8%), and there is an additional $45.00/$65.00 cleaning fee. It has a new Serta Queen bed upstairs on the second level with quality linens and private bath, and on the third level are two twins, and on the main floor their is a fold out full size sofa. There is a second bath on the main level with shower. The master bedroom and bath (no shower) still not finished, but has a queen and a full size bed- can be used now, just won't be 100% ready until late fall of 2013.Kitchen was just finished with custom spruce cabinets and tile countertops. It stays comfortably cool throughout the day when closed up by 9am, and as you know- we cool off to about 45 degrees at night here at 7,400 feet in Pagosa so the nights are very pleasant. It has a large ceiling fan which circulates a lot of air.It has a gas grill on the large deck, a 36" Sony withDirectTV, DVD and VHS movies on site.. All utensils, coffee pots, dishes, microwave, are stocked, and both gas or briquet BBQs for your use. Please no pets and no smoking indoors.Located only 3 miles south of town off of Highway 84, and just 1/2 mile from Echo Reservoir which has great fishing. Abundant wildlife (deer, wild turkey, elk in winter, fox, bald eagles etc.) are in the area.
