Available starting April 2 for Spring and Summer 2016 - rates vary by season - Saturdays to Saturdays. This two bedroom condo is fully equipped, kept well maintained and clean and is conveniently located on the more quiet west side of Panama City Beach, Florida. The poolside is wonderful - very secluded and private! It is located in a laid back "family" area - great for families in the Spring, Summer, Fall and snowbirds in the Winter! It is close to Pier Park which has major restaurants, shopping and entertainment - everything is close by for your vacation enjoyment! This is a two bedroom/two bathroom unit which can accommodate a maximum of six persons (king, queen and queen pullout couch in the main room) and is fully equipped for cooking and meal preparation. There is a new flat screen TV in the main room and we have free high speed WiFi also available for our guests. The unit is located on the top most floor of only a three story building - one of only two in the complex. There are just 42 units in total and there is an elevator as well. Plenty of non assigned parking is available. The pool is surrounded by wetlands which ensures privacy and prevents any future building and it contains magnolia trees, small scrub bush and palm trees. It is often very quiet, secluded and intimate - very nice! Rates (in US$) vary by season. We INCLUDE the normal end of stay cleaning fee and Florida taxes, so if or when comparing, remember that our rates are all inclusive! Currently, we are available weekly for Spring starting April 2 2016, so act fast to secure some warm winter time or book now for that Spring/Summer family vacation!! THE MINIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR RENTING IS AGE 25 AND THAT PERSON MUST STAY WITH THEIR PARTY AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. WE DO NOT ALLOW STUDENT RENTALS OR COLLEGE SPRING BREAKERS AS WE RECOMMEND PEACHTREE FOR FAMILIES.
