St. Thomas Square is the only property in the area that offers boat docks on the Lagoon and is still just steps from the beach, restaurants and activities.Park right at your door and avoid the traffic, busy elevators, and packed beaches at the large, high rise condos. Our villas are only a 3 minute walk from a beautiful, uncrowded stretch of beach. There are also many restaurants and clubs with in easy walking distance. Guadalajara Mexican restaurant and Panama City Beach Winery are located within the complex. Hammerhead Fred's, Subway, Mellow Mushroom, and a convenience store are just across Joan Avenue. There is a Wendy's next door with no street to cross. Ms. Newby's, Spinaker, and LaVela are all a short walk away.Enjoy the use of our boat docks during your stay. The docks have a fish cleaning table, wash down station and power receptacles. You can fish from the dock or just watch as the boats come in with their catch. Fish the Gulf for amberjack, snapper and kingfish, and more or go for redfish, sea trout or flounder in St. Andrews Bay. Spend a day exploreing the pristine beaches of Shell Island, it is just a short boat ride down Grand Lagoon. Boat and trailer wash down area provided and boat ramps are near by.The beautifully landscaped pool area is steps from your door and has a area with covered tables and charcoal grills. There is a sauna and an outdoor shower. Shuffleboard courts are near the pool and lighted tennis courts are in front of the building.For the kids, Emerald Falls Amusement Park has go-karts, rides, bumper boats and more it is next door with no streets to cross. Ripley's "Believe it or Not" and Wonderworks are less than a mile away. Gulf World, Zoo World, and Shipwreck Island waterpark are also very close by.Signal Hill golf course is almost next door. Bay Point and Hombre Golf Club are about 3 miles away. Many other great courses are also with in a few miles. For the more adventurous, there are several places on Grand Lagoon to rent pontoon boats, jet skis, and kayaks. There are guided jetski tours and ferry boat rides to Shell Island that leave from the lagoon. Many charter fishing boats are docked nearby on the lagoon.Our villas have all been recently updated with new appliances, furnitures, and accessories.. The first floor unit has a patio with relaxing views of the lagoon and boat docks. Park right at your door and escape the hassles of a hi- rise condo, no crowded elevators or long walks through the parking lot. This ground floor unit has no stairs to climb. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and has its own full bath. A TV and DVD player are in the bedroom. A comfortable sleep sofa is in the living room and there is a half bath in the hallway. There is a flat screen HDTV with DVD and cable. Free wireless internet access is also provided both in the unit and in the pool area. A washer and dryer are in the unit.Our beautiful two bedroom, two bath condominium is also waterfront on scenic Grand Lagoon. The two story loft unit features a balcony with panoramic views of the lagoon, pond, boat docks, and pool.The unit has a comfortable queen bed in the master bed room, two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and two more twin beds in a bunk room upstairs that kids love. There are 2 full baths - one on each floor.There is a 37 inch HDTV with DVD and ipod dock in the living room and also a television in each bedroom A free wireless internet connection is provided both in the unit and in the pool area.The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare most any meal. All linens and towels are provided and a full size washer and dryer are in the unit. A chest freezer is provided for extra ice or freezing your big catch. Parking is directly in front of the unit.For your convenience we provide the initial set up of paper products, detergents, and hand soap.
