Having purchased a house in Yuma, our 38' with two tip outs is available for all or part of the 2013/2014 season from November 1st-April. It is fully furnished including linens, cookware, bake-ware etc. Heating and A/C are provided by an efficient exterior heat pump. The queensize bed has the headboard against the tip-out wall, leaving about 5' of roominess at the end of the bed. Oodles of closet space in the B/R & cupboards throughout. The L/R has 2 comfy swivel chairs, coffee table and TV and the dining area has a round table for 4 inside of a bay window with a table and chairs for 4. A computer table is located beneath a window beside the main door. The outdoors offers a long aluminum canopy over a cement deck, with adjacent covered carport. At the end of the carport is a large red brick L shaped patio, with furniture, garden shed and propane BBQ. This deck gets full sunshine morning through early afternoon.The park offers all the usual amenities including heated pool, hot-tub, activities such as horseshoes, shuffle, card games, karaoke, festive dinners etc and has two rec halls. The park is reasonably small at just over 200 sites,and probably 75% are Cdn, with most of the remainder from the NW states.It is located in Desert Holiday RV park at 3601 S 4th Ave, which is a short distance( walking for some) to grocery shopping, Lowes, indoor and outdoor malls, restaurants, bars etc. Seasonal rental is available for the reduced price of $5,000 and 1/2 can be applied to the purchase if interested. Electricity is your expense. Prior to the season opening, we pay to have the exterior power- washed, the inside professionally cleaned,as well as windows and carpets.
