Equally binding standard contract, $500 Security Deposit (for cleaning/damage - refundable if not required), 50 % Rental Deposit upon signing agreement with Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy is needed. Smoking inside your house is prohibited. Renters are responsible for their own trash and recyclables (town pick-up every day except Saturday- recycling is compulsory by Borough) Renters are needed to remove all garbage and return home in clean condition.
