VACATION AT A LAKEFRONT COTTAGE CLOSE TO HOME THIS YEAR.The Olson cottage has been in the family since 1934 and is located on the beautiful shores of Bass Lake. It is exactly 18 miles North of Antigo, WI off Hwy 45 and only ½ mile from Bass Lake Country Club and its public golf course. The original building burned down in 1980 and has since been rebuilt with all modern furnishings.The cottage accommodates 12 people. Two private bed rooms and a sleeping loft; two queen size beds, two double beds, two sets of bunk beds and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes and pots and pans.The private lake property features a sand beach, 20x10 deck overlooking the lake and swimming area, dock, raft, canoe, 14' aluminum row boat, BBQ grill, 10x10 sand box, picnic table and a 20x16 patio area around the fire pit. The property has 95 feet of lake access.Bass Lake is made of three small bays connected to one large bay and has two free boat launches available. The lake boasts excellent fishing, as well as leisurely boating and skiing during the warmer months.To help you 'get away' we provide no telephone or internet service. We do have a tv with dvd player, radio/cd player, games and cards for the occasional rainy day.Whether you are planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or an outdoor sporting weekend, this cottage offers something for everyone.Within a few short miles of the cabin are additional recreational opportunities and family activities, such as: Area events, fairs, flea markets, craft shows Water ski shows, hiking, biking, golf, ATV trails Restaurants, ice-cream shop, supper clubs, night life Wineries, summer stock theatre, flower gardens Bowling, movie theatre, casino$950 per week.
