Rent this 3 bedroom 2 bath 1900 square foot furnished home on beautiful Portage Lake for your summer vacation. 1 king size, 1 queen size, 1 full size, 1 twin size beds and a full size sleeper. Washer & Dryer, living room, formal dining room, great room, sunroom, linens and towels. The rent is for up to 6 people, but we will negotiate if you have more people. Long distance phone calls are not permitted, no smoking and no pets are allowed. We require a signed Rental Agreement and a $500 refundable security deposit. $1200 per week June 2 - 30 and August 18- Sept 1, $1800 June 30 - July 7, $1600 per week July 7 through August 18, $1000 per month for long term rental Sept. thru May, 6 month minimun lease. We have more pictures that we can email if you wish.
