Monday or Tuesday and stay for 2 nights, the 3rd night is FREE if you show up on a Sunday! Our homes are located in a quaint backwoods, yet likewise have a practical place only 1 block from I-35 and a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, historic Gruene, the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. The everyday rates vary from $65-250 per night. Weekly rates are readily available. Found in our popular RV Park, they are free-standing, custom constructed homes with no usual walls. They sleep between 2 and 10 people and are completely furnished, including linens, towels, cooking area utensils and even a flat-screen TV with a DVD gamer. The kitchen area contains all basic devices (a stove, oven & refrigerator , microwave, coffee machine, toaster) and a cooking area table with four chairs. Each home has actually an attached deck or outdoor patio, a barbeque grill and a picnic table. All of the homes are air conditioned and heated up, and contain a washroom and shower. Envision a trip cottage or cabin where you have no cleaning costs, no parking fees, and no costs for extra persons !! Amenities at the home include FREE wireless internet and cable, big outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, two indoor heated swimming pools and jacuzzis, a fitness room, free coffee in the workplace all day, a free computer to utilize, a video game room that includes a pool & ping pong table, computer game, a Jumping Pillow, play ground, 3 clean, large bath residences, 3 utility room, and 3 recreation rooms appropriate for larger groups such as reunions, company meetings, rallies, sports groups, etc .
