If you show up on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and stay for 2 nights, the 3rd night is FREE! Our cottages are found in a quaint rural location, yet also have a hassle-free area just 1 block from I-35 and a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, historical Gruene, the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. The day-to-day rates range from $65-250 per night. Weekly rates are readily available. Found in our popular Recreational Vehicle Park, they are free-standing, custom built houses without any common walls. They sleep between 2 and 10 people and are totally furnished, including linens, towels, kitchen utensils and even a flat-screen TELEVISION with a DVD gamer. The kitchen includes all standard devices (a stove, oven & refrigerator , microwave, coffee maker, toaster) and a cooking area table with four chairs. Each home has a connected deck or outdoor patio, a barbeque grill and a picnic table. All of the cottages are air conditioned and heated, and consist of a restroom and shower. Imagine a getaway cottage or cabin where you have no cleaning fees, no parking costs, and no fees for extra individuals !!
