If you show up on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and remain for two nights, the third night is FREE! Our cottages are located in a quaint rural area, yet also have a hassle-free place just 1 block from I-35 and a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, historic Gruene, the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. The day-to-day rates range from $65-250 per night. Weekly rates are readily available. Located in our popular Recreational Vehicle Park, they are free-standing, customized developed homes without any common walls. They sleep between 2 and 10 people and are totally furnished, consisting of linens, towels, cooking area utensils as well as a flat-screen TELEVISION with a DVD player. The kitchen consists of all standard devices (a fridge, oven & stove , microwave, coffee maker, toaster) and a cooking area table with four chairs. Each home has actually an attached deck or patio area, a barbeque grill and a picnic table. All the cottages are air conditioned and warmed, and include a bathroom and shower.
