If you arrive on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and remain for 2 nights, the 3rd night is FREE! Our cottages are found in a quaint rural area, yet likewise have a practical location only 1 block from I-35 and a brief drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, historical Gruene, the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. The daily rates vary from $65-250 per night. Weekly rates are readily available. Located in our popular Recreational Vehicle Park, they are free-standing, custom-made built homes without any typical walls. They rest between 2 and 10 individuals and are fully provided, including linens, towels, kitchen area utensils as well as a flat-screen TELEVISION with a DVD gamer. The kitchen includes all standard home appliances (an oven, stove & refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster) and a kitchen area table with 4 chairs. Each home has a connected deck or patio area, a barbeque grill and a picnic table. All of the cottages are air conditioned and warmed, and contain a restroom and shower. Imagine a trip home or cabin where you have no cleaning fees, no parking charges, and no charges for extra individuals !! Amenities at the property include FREE wireless net and cable, big outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, two indoor heated pool and hot tubs, a fitness room, complimentary coffee in the workplace all day, a free computer system to use, a recreation room that includes a pool & ping pong table, video games, a Jumping Pillow, play area, three clean, spacious bath homes, three utility room, and 3 entertainment spaces suitable for larger groups such as reunions, company meetings, rallies, sports groups, and so on .
