Monday or Tuesday and stay for two nights, the 3rd night is FREE if you show up on a Sunday! Our homes are located in a quaint backwoods, yet likewise have a practical place only 1 block from I-35 and a brief drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, historical Gruene, the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. The day-to-day rates vary from $65-250 per night. Weekly rates are offered. Located in our popular Recreational Vehicle Park, they are free-standing, custom-made built homes with no common walls. They sleep between 2 and 10 people and are totally furnished, including linens, towels, kitchen area utensils and even a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The kitchen includes all basic appliances (a fridge, oven & stove , microwave, coffee maker, toaster) and a kitchen table with four chairs. Each home has actually a connected deck or patio, a barbeque grill and a picnic table. All the homes are air conditioned and heated, and include a bathroom and shower. Imagine a getaway home or cabin where you have no cleaning fees, no parking charges, and no costs for extra individuals !!
