Our villa is an end property and benefits from not being directly overlooked. The back looks out over a peaceful wooded conservation area and the fireworks from Disney's Magic Kingdom can be seen over the treetops. GOLF If golf is your thing we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property. Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Polo Park + 2 x Orange Lake courses all within 5 miles. EATING OUT Just 5 minutes drive to 24 hour Wal-Mart Supermarket, Chilis, Long John Silver, Taco Bell, KFC, Starbucks and McDonalds, Pizza takeaway, Chinese Restaurant, Shopping Centre, Dentist, Bank, Pharmacy, Hairdressers etc. Just 10 mins drive to: Cracker Barrel, Bennigans, Subway, McDonalds, Dennys, Waffle House, IHOP, Sizzler, Ponderosa, Golden Coral, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Carrabas, Ace Chinese restaurant, Pizza Hut etc AIRPORT We are within an hour of Sanford airport and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport.
