We have booked our timeshare week at the Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort in Cape Canaveral, FL for Saturday, 7/20/13 to Saturday, 7/27/13, but are not able to use it. We are putting it up for rent for $1800 for the week. This is a significant discount from what you would pay by purchasing online or from them directly.***Just 30-40 minutes to Orlando which offers enormous possibilities as well.We have a 2 bedroom/2bath condo in the main poolside building. This includes a double balcony, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer combo, master bedroom with walk in closet, dresser and full bath attached (includes shower stall and jacuzzi tub), 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds/armour and additional bathroom with shower right next door, TVs are located in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and living room, as well as the living room having a pull-out sofa bed which makes the total occupancy for this condo 8 people.This resort is family friendly and has something for everyone at everytime of day! From a tremendous pool to a lazy river, water slide, and splash zone for the tots it also has an arcade, indoor playground, movie theatre, spa, gym, childcare services, a store offering souveniers, toiletries, food and so much more. There is private beach access within a quick short walk or hop on the tram out front and be there in 2 minutes. There is also an onsite restaurant, pool bar and grill, as well as many great restaurants and things to do in the area.
