You will have one room to sleep in which has everything you need in it. Bathroom is down the hall and shared with one other room. This room features a double bed, large closet, old dresser with Gone with the Wind Lamp, WiFi, TV and small refrigerator There is a champion doberman who is very well mannered in the house. Criminal check is required. You will love it, the house, which is a historical Victorian and the quiet bucolic area. We have 3 restaurants in town and a convenience store just outside the hamlet. I suggest you drive as there is a bus to NYC many times daily and a rural bus to Kingston but it would be best to own a car. Quiet and good for writers. Smoking is outside on the veranda. This price is per month and would hope you take it for the summer months. It is available now. Has 4 floor to ceiling stained glass windows.
