Hop up to the 3rd level featuring wood floors, a big living location, 60" 3D TV, all Lazy Boy couches and reclining chairs with a fireplace and it's own terrace. For business savvy, there is a printer/scanner and a laptop computer for your enjoyment during your stay. The dining location is adjacent and has seating or 8. A wet bar and full kitchen area with range, oven, counter top grill, crock pots, microwave, rice cooker and other amenities are readily available for the cook in your household. The washer and clothes dryer are easily found down the corridor. On the third level are the 2nd complete restroom and the 2nd and 3rd bed rooms. The 2nd bed room has a queen bed in addition to a day bed that is a trundle, a 55" 3D TV, treadmill and a peak of the bay. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds, a 60" TELEVISION, Xbox, Wii and a complete stereo. From there, you can stroll down the stairs and your kids can make use of a large chalkboard. Parking consists of an outdoors parking area and one spot in the shared garage. Watch the gorgeous sundowns or the nighttime fireworks on the ground level shared outdoor patio, geared up with lovely seating, a dining table that seats 10 and 2 gas grills.
