HOUSE LOT 90 x 330 FT. 2STORY ,new floor TILE 18x18,(diag. w/ boarder) downstairs, including new in baths and on bath walls, House is remodeled,GRANITE kitch. Tops, new windows, 3 SLIDERS W/ LAKE VIEW =-4 tot., DOCK is 199 FT so you are out in th lake for sunsets !! , ......sleep? ,+/- 10 , 4 bedr + tv/fam rm=+/-5, tv rm that is private for sleeping= french doors that close off from th dining kitch., , 3 queens in 3 bedr's, (1 qu. in upst bedr w/balcony), 1 bedr w/ 2 twins, futon(can sleep 2) & couch in tv/fam room that has doors to close off from the living . room/kitch area, .......... all amenities,BARBECUE GRILL ON SCREEN PORCH @ house=lakeview stocked towel racks on back of each bedr. Door downstairs, COFFEE / ice maker, micro, toaster oven...dishw., new kitch skin cabs/black appl./black GRANITE tops, inside AC'd laundry rm. w/new wash/dryer & SOAP!!!! So ASK others if they supply soap/paper etc., soap/paper, it's not replenished for extended stayers , BALCONY out side upstairs bedroom sits 6+ w/ LAKE VIEW 90' lakefront x 330', house sits back 140 ft. from road behind ORANGE GROVE plenty o fruit in season (cannot see house from street), quiet, US 27 = 4 lane divided, is 3/4 of a mile away/east, buffered by wooded lakefront, the lot is -3 sides FENCED-GATED front entrance-and lake side open, Lake front/access to dock, 90 ft of open natural lakefront, large shady oaks w/ swing bench under oaks ,199 ft of DOCK w/ SCREENED PORCH at end , so plenty of boat parkin, you can see the municiple.. BOAT RAMP in the distance, to the S. West of our dock, has one covered slip that's open now for visitors boat, w/ roofed slips- sitting area -6 chairs-area at boat PORCH at end of dock for sunsets , with 12x8 deck over jon boat slip, finished w/ screen porch for nite breezes & SUNSETS w/ hammock/chairs inside , fishin porch, water 4 ft. deep at end o dock, WILDLIFE --turkey, hog, deer, on peninsula west and stretching north... of dock (looking west from dock) so bring binoculars for wild life views-, fortunate if you see the majestic 4to 5 ft. BLUE HERONS (4) fly in. . .or owls on fences hunting for rabbits in early AM,BOAT RAMP 1 min down LkJo rd, 1304 acre quiet lake for fishing ,skiing ,jet ski, (a busy weekend is 3 jet skis on th lake), 16 CITRUS TREES , honeybells, juice, small tangerines . and pink & reg... GRAPEFRUIT usually dec-march, balcony on upstairs bedroom, screen porch under balcony w/ barbie seats.. 8- w/ 2 .tables to store , kitch seats 8+ & ..extra ..chairs avail.,DOGS ok w/ pet depos, 4 ton AC, don 800 772 XXXX 954 772 XXXX 954 214 XXXX
