There is a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in bedroom #2 and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The home sleeps up to 6, has 2 full bathrooms, and a large screened in swimming pool with free solar heating and optional additional heating during the cooler months.There is a safe for your valuables.There are 3 bicycles and 2 strollers in the garage that are yours to use at no charge.The pool deck is enclosed with a 6 foot privacy fence.There are many stores and restaurants close by including a 24 hour Wal Mart super center and a large shopping center.Located just 20 minutes from the entrance to Disney in a residential community. Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels etc. Has a washer/dryer. Fully air conditioned. Standard cable TV service provided. There is a 32" TV/DVD/VCR in the Living Room and a 19"TV/DVD in the master bedroom.The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after you check out. Check in time is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. If needed, 24 hour emergency help from our management company is a phone call away. You get over 1400 sq. ft. of living space, compared to the average hotel room of approximately 300 sq. ft. There is a 5 night minimum rental.********************SPECIAL********************SPECIAL: Free high speed wireless internet and no extra sales tax********************SPECIAL********************Optional pool heating is $20.00 per night including tax with a 5 night minimum.There is also a refundable security deposit of $250.00 required in addition to the rental fee.
