Thank you for viewing my listing for my townhouse at Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve in Davenport, Florida.Purchased in 2005, while the Regal Palms Resort & Spa was still being built, my townhouse provides the comfort and privacy typically not afforded by Motels or Hotels. Located on La Mirage Street, and well within walking distance of the Regal Palms Resort, my townhouse includes 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, and Private Driveway. With 4 Beds (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin) and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room the townhouse provides comfortable accommodations for up to 7 guests.The major difference between a townhouse rental and Motel or Hotel Room, besides space, is the amenities that make you feel at home. The townhouse is fully furnished and equipped, and includes: Televisions with Cable, Wireless Internet Access, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Pots/Pans/Utensils, Iron/Ironing Board, Coffeemaker, Telephone for Local and National Calling, Central Air Conditioning, Towels, Bedding, and more. The townhouse also includes limited toiletry items, including toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Additional supplies can be purchased at the local Publix Super Market, which is located just across the street from the Resort. For guests comfort pillow-top beds were installed in the townhouse, replacing the original mattresses that came stock in all townhouses and are still in many today.What really separates Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve from other travel accommodations is the Regal Palms Resort & Spa. By far the most popular feature of the Resort is the Swimming Pavilion, which includes 2 pools, a lazy river, waterslide, and outdoor hot spa. Those looking for a little pampering will enjoy the Ascension Day Spa, while those looking for a workout will enjoy the Health Club. Also included at the Resort is a Bar & Grill, Banana Jack's Theme Based Restaurant, Market at Regal Palms Resort & Spa, and more. Golfers will be happy to know that the Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located adjacent to the Resort, just outside the gates.$60/per night for dates between November 2013 - February 2013, $70/per night for dates between March 2013 - May 2013, or $75/per night for dates between June 2013 - August 2013. Rates subject to applicable sales tax of 12%. Guest is also responsible for a $70 cleaning fee/per stay and a nightly resort fee of $11.95 (plus tax).Booking is simple.
