DescriptionThe apartment is located in Manhattan. It is 15 to 20 minutes express metro stops to Times Square. The apartment is on the first level. It is a safe family area. There is a community park, restaurants, and shopping just outside of the apartment. I'm happy to say that my stay at Timur's apartment was amazing! The description and photos are incredibly accurate. The place was exceptionally clean and tidy. His pricing is very fair, I used to be a local New Yorker and I can honestly say he offers a great deal for staying in Manhattan. I can leave feedback about staying in this neighborhood with a car. I had a car rental and I was very pleased to find that parking was easy in the neighborhood (compared to most New York city neighborhoods!). It's just important to read the parking signs. I was always able to find a spot. I also had great communication with Timur. Whatever I needed, he was quick to respond. I came in very late (1am) on my first night due to travel days, and It was still quick and easy to get inside. I have been a Host on Beysicair since 2010, and I have hosted hundreds of guests in my own apartments. This was my first time getting to be on the other side as a guest. I am so glad I chose Timur's Beysicair for my first experience. I truly felt "at home!". Timur and his mother are polite, attentive, and easy going people. I had a phenomenal stay and will be sure to book with Timur again. Thank you!!
