This house is fully furnished and includes Utilities, Wifi Internet, Basic Cable, Flat Screen TV in each bedroom and Family Room, Central Air, Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garburator, Dishes, Pots and Pans, Utensils, Washer & Dryer. Linen is included. Dogs are allowed but some conditions apply.This Smoke Free Home is on a quiet court nestled in an upscale community that includes use of a Recreation Center equipped with a large Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Room, Tennis Courts, Library and Shuffle Board. You?re within minutes of many attractions like Golfing, Beaches and Shopping.$2500 per month December - April.$2000 per month May - June$1500 per month July - August$2000 September - NovemberA $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. We require remaining balance to be paid a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival and a security deposit of $500. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of end of stay as long as there are no incidents. There is a $150 cleaners fee required. Florida State Tax & Tourist Tax is in addition to the rental fee (11%). We accept Visa or Mastercard with a 3% additional fee.
