We cater to the needs of travelers, vacationers, families, photographers, designers, and even film production companies seeking a unique facility to stay or to work.Our location has over 3500 square feet of furnished space with modern clean lines. The interior is exceptionally decorated and furnished with Mid Century Modern classics and one of a kind collector pieces. Our tropical garden location has over 10000 square feet of outdoor garden compound, which includes a beautiful swimming pool and two private guest lounges for your personal needs. We have numerous art pieces on set, including a collection of vintage vehicles and a classic 1959 fully restored Airstream Trailer (which we converted into a private tea room). We also have outside catering department that will accommodate all dietary needs and requests. There is a full coffee/juice bar which provides another space for you and your guests to relax.We also provide FREE shuttle service to and from the subway station (we call it the BART system) upon your arrival from the airport. We can pick you up in one of our fleet of exotic vehicles: you can choose from an Aston Martin Vanquish, a 1952 Jaguar C Type, a Mercedes G500, or a Mercedes E350, all at no extra cost.At the Art Residence, we focus on the details, so you can relax in style.*By the way, we are very PET friendly!
