Beach house for lease within a couple of miles of Ocean City, MD. Our residence is in the community of Assateague Pointe, next to Frontier Town off of Rt. 611.It is a one bed room residence with a queen size sofa bed in the living space, can sleep as much as 6 people.The community has two pool, ponds, entertainment center, fishing pier, and more It is within simply a few miles of shopping, restaurants, flights, and the beach/boardwalk! All renters are required to clean prior to departure and take all garbage to trash dump at front of the neighborhood. Our rates for the period of May-Sept. of 2014, with a minimum of 3 nights remain, are as follows:. 3-5 nights $135/night. 6 or even more nights $125/night. We require 1/3 of your stay as a deposit to hold your dates. Please ask us about our marked down off periods rates too. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you !!
