The 3 bedroom terrace level mountain rental in the main building of Yewit Center is 1700 sq. ft and sleeps 7. Adding the pullout sofa beds it sleeps 11 with plenty of room for temporary bedding. Both pet and handicap friendly this terrace level rental has parking directly at the entrance, large bathroom with 36" door, and easy access off of GA Hwy 339 (which is Crooked Creek Rd.). Amenities include full kitchen, TV with cable, free WIFI, fishing rights to our fully stocked pond (large mouth bass, brim, croppie), gas grill, and more.The 2 bedroom cottage rental at Yewit Center is 1200+ sq. ft and sleeps 4. Adding the pullout sofa beds it sleeps 7 with plenty of room for temporary bedding. This rental has it's own large deck overlooking the pond and west side property, parking directly at the walk-up entrance, and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Amenities include full kitchen, HDTV with cable, free WIFI, fishing rights to our pond, gas grill, deck furniture, and more.In addition, all guest have access to Frog Hollow, the unique all-purpose rec room at Yewit Center. Frog Hollow boasts a 46" HDTV with HDMI hookup, a wet bar (unstocked), pinball, foosball, darts, card table, board games, PA system, indoor golf driving range, 8' slate pool table, and more. Ideal fun for young and old alike.Yewit Center is centrally located between the North Georgia Mountain towns of Young Harris and Hiawassee and is only a few miles from historic Hayesville, NC. Lake Chatuge is about 1 mile from Yewit Center and is considered one of the most picturesque lakes in the Southern US. Whether you are a couple looking to enjoy some peace and quiet or a larger group wanting to host a retreat or reunion we know you will find Yewit Center the ideal vacation/event rental in the North Georgia Appalachian Mountains.Rates are $110 per night per rental for groups up to 4 people. There is a GA Accommodation Tax of 12 % added as well as a $55 cleaning fee. For parties of over 4 guests an additional $15 fee per person per night applies. For pets Yewit Center applies a $10 per pet per night fee. To hold a reservation 50% of the final bill must be received by Yewit Center with the balance due upon check-in. Also upon check-in a $150 security deposit is required ($200 if you bring your pets) that is returned to you at check-out. Yewit Center accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, personal check, cashiers check, and cash. Email correspondences for information are accepted. For a final rate quote it is recommended that you give a call directly to Yewit Center at 1-706-896-XXXX. No third-party checks or credit cards accepted. Yewit Center policy is that ALL RESERVATIONS be confirmed via a phone call to Yewit Center. No reservations will be processed or confirmed without a phone interview!
