It is likened to the French Riviera. There are lots of shops, restaurants, SPAs, supermarkets, banks just two blocks from the condo and yet the condo peacefully overlooks the spectacular ocean. You?ll enjoy the sunset each evening and the sunrise from the East balcony each morning if you are an early riser. The boardwalk in front of the condo is below the street level and it is a nice two mile walk or a 20 minute bike ride to the Redondo Pier. There is always a summer fair called Frontier Days that takes place around the third week of June in the village. Fourth of July is spectacular with a private barge from one of the local residents firing their fireworks right in front of the condo. Many movies and commercial have been made right here in the beach parking lot below. One entire season of the TV series O.C., movies like Tequila Sunrise, with Mel Gibson, Men at Work with Charlie Sheen, She?s All That, and many other movies and commercials were made right in here.
