I have 217 available vacation weeks. The only restriction on use is the time of the year; can't be used on peak travel times. There is no restriction on how many times per year except the vacation week should be booked well in advance in order to get a specific desired week at a specific location with a higher level of confidence. Flexibility is required in order to get reservations made for what may be available. The weeks can be at any location found on www.rci.com or any of the real club resorts in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen (www.realclub.com), Mexico. In order to initiate the reservation of a given vacation week, you would contact me with your proposed vacation and once the payment is received on my PayPal account then I can begin the process of making the reservation. The $550 covers an entire week at a four or five star hotel or resort that qualifies on the RCI site or $350 for any of the Real Club Resorts. There will be no other fees involved with the booking of the week long vacation, however, the cost of any all inclusive fees or extras is separate(All Real Club Resorts are five star and have all-inclusive fees, but are much less expensive through this membership than if you were to go on line and book yourself. The $350 booking fee and the all inclusive fees will be a bargain for any of their locations). There is no other vacation package on line or otherwise that can offer such a worthwhile and inexpensive logdging without purchasing your own package at a very high price.My wife and I have visited several RCI sites that have been excellent vacations sites both for beach or winter vacationing. There was a site in Nuevo Vallarta that was gorgeous and very relaxing and inexpensive and Granby Ranch in Colorado had condos right on the ski slopes that we have visited twice and had excellent times both visits with an indoor hot tub in our condo to enjoy after a long day. We just completed a week in Flagstaff at Wyndham resorts that was central to the Grand Canyon, Pueblo Ruins, Sedona, Hopi Indian Nation and Flagstaff Snowbowl Ski Resort. We had excellent accommodations and our large whirlpool tub in our condo unit was a welcomed site at the end of each day. Both of our winter vacation rentals had fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens. The Flagstaff condo also had a washer/dryer and they supplied us with laundry detergent and coffee to use daily. It was nice to return home with all clean clothes at the end of the week.
