ENJOY THANKSGIVING WEEK IN VAIL at Marriott's StreamSide Evergreen at Vail Expand in this 2 room (king and 2 double beds), 2 washroom device. The Evergreen Building is the newest and nicest of the 4 Marriott buildings in this complex. The system has a complete cooking area, dining area and living room with a fireplace and couch bed. As you would anticipate with Marriott this is a VERY perfectly designated system. The clubhouse has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi in and another outside, full health club, household room with a big screen tv and video games, sauna and steam bath. There is complimentary covered parking on site, with a complimentary shuttle service to Lionshead and Vail.For 2014, the week beginning November 23, 2014 has been booked for 7 nights. We have what is considered a "Value" week. This suggests that you can trade for one of five weeks each year-- 3 weeks in late May/early June (weeks 21, 22 and 23) and 2 weeks in late November (weeks 46 and 47). We are selling this system for $2,000, plus closing expenses (approximated at $500). Not just can you use it this year for Thanksgiving, but you can make that a yearly tradition for you and your household. Or you can trade within the Marriott and Interval International programs. Yearly upkeep charges are roughly $1,400.
