The buildings have 3 floors and an elevator. There are no balconies with these villas. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. *Villas are assigned upon arrival.* A security deposit of US$150 is required. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to register. *No pets allowed on property.* A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Summer Bay Resort's shopping center is located on property with a grocery store, pizza shop, library and more. Summer Bay Resort offers free air conditioned shuttle transportation to transfer guests to the several locations on the 365 acre resort. For a US$10-$14 round trip per person, the resort offers shuttles to Sea World, Universal, other attractions and shopping centers.
