I replaced all the windows, heating/cooling system, remodeled kitchen and bathroom actually a total interior/exterior remodel. We are now in the process of building a one bedroom apartment in the basement for our guests and the three main level bedrooms will be used for short term room rentals The home is also a very short 15 walk to the Metro and the town center and Metro will deliver you to the heart of Washington DC in less than 30 minuets.
