Two TV's with 80+ channels and a DVD player are provided for your convenience along with a phone for local calls, gas barbecue, and a washer & dryer. Sorry, no pets & no smoking inside the unit.Venture Out is a gated waterfront community that features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, saltwater swimming lagoon, picnic areas, marina with a boat ramp, boat cleaning station, fish cleaning station, lighted tennis courts & bocce ball area, shuffleboard, ping pong, basketball courts, playground, and horseshoes. In addition, there is an on-site store and post office, plus the recreation center provides guests with free wi-fi access. Our home is located just 7 miles from Looe Key Marine Sanctuary (great diving and snorkeling), plus the Florida Keys provide great fishing.
