It is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, 4 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from Main Street. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and shops in town.Lots of amenities provided, including sheets and bath towels, gas grill, 2 Belmar beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a beach cart.Fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare meals and cook on the grill. Sunny dining area that has sliding doors opening to large, private deck. Super-clean and updated bathroom with granite, full bathtub and custom tile shower. Two bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds (trundle bed). Living room with high-definition flat-screen TV and premium FiOS service with Showtime and Starz. High-speed wireless Internet. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.You will be renting the entire 2nd floor of our 2-family home. You have a private entrance at rear of property facing back yard. Owners live in downstairs unit and are easily accessible but totally respectful of your privacy.Our home is not suitable for you if you are under age 30 and renting with a group of friends.Smoking is permitted outside only. We love animals, but this is a 100% pet-free rental.One-week minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday. $1,700 per week starting June 18, 2016.
