Security deposit equal to half of your rent must be placed, and it's fully refundable via paypal, when you leave the apartment in the same condition. So NO CLEANING FEE. We occupy huge space (four rooms) on 5th floor of 6-story elevator building, one block from "Ave J" station on Q-train, 25min subway ride into Manhattan (I can include unlimited Metrocard). Free safe street parking under your windows, and view of the new World Trade Center, Freedom Tower out of the master bedroom.Film-maker Woody Allen grew up in this very building! This is basically furnished, but very-very large (12 windows) for New York City apartment. Pictures show your entry and skips most rooms in the apartment! Do not expect luxury hotel suite for $99/day; yes, you will have new towels, bed linens, full kitchen and bathroom.
