However, we have way too many points and weeks which we won't have time to use this year; we are trying to get rid of those points and weeks before year's end otherwise we will just lose them. So for only $150 per night (NOT per person), we are renting out ANY room (Studio room or 1BR or 2BR), at ANY Wyndham resort/locationof choice (Wyndham has resorts in almost every state, including Hawaii), for a minimum of 4 nights. We are aware that this is a really cheap bargain but it's either that or let our points go to waste at the end of the year. This is how it would work (SCENARIO).1- A family of 4 or a just a couple wish to vacation in say, Florida (Disney or Fort Lauderdale as an example) for lets say a week (or less).2-Contact us (preferably 15 days prior to date of travel) with the exact location you would like to travel to and with the exact dates and accomodations (Studio, 1BR, or 2BR).3-I (the owner) would check for availability; if there is availability for the rooms and dates requested, I would get back to you and confirm4-If still interested, I would only request that you give me your name and email address and number of guests (NO PETS) so that I can reserve the room under YOUR NAME (as I am NOT the one traveling). The resort will ask me (the owner) for a guest confirmation (that is why I need your name and email address) which I will fill out and will be sent to the owner (ME) and the guests (YOU)immediately.5-Once the reservation is confirmed and you've received the email, you will send us the money. Because we are taking a risk by maing the reservation without so much as asking for a "downpayment", we only ask that you send us the money ONCE YOU'VE RECEIVED THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THE RESORT (NOT from us), and preferably within the 15 days cancellation period; if we do not receive any payment from you, we will simply cancel the reservation and our points will be returned back to our account.I am aware that this may seem confusing or "too good to be true" but as I mentioned earlier, we are desperate to get rid of those points before the end of the year.
