The peace and quiet of Yachats and the mighty sound of the Pacific are enhanced by the vacant space around this home -- theres no neighbors on either side!. This is a kid and pet friendly home with a private, enclosed hot tub on the deck, and a game room with an indoor basketball hoop, pool table and air hockey. Theres even an outdoor shower for sandy guests and pets returning from the beach, and off street parking for over 6 cars/trucks, at least one boat and an RV up to 35 long. This home has an upstairs sleeping loft with a deck that overlooks the ocean. The owners grand kids used to throw their sleeping bags out on the upper deck so as to listen to the sea lions and sound of the ocean at night! Two large windows face the ocean from the living/dining room. Central electric heating keeps everyone warm; theres a wood stove in the living room.
