Winter season ( November through April) $500 per month, 4 month package $1750, 5 months, $2000, 6 months, $2250Summer Season ( May-November), $225 per month, 2 month minimunLarge concrete parking area for 1 vehicle for each site.Spacious lots, only 1 shared side with our other RV site,Located in a quiet residential area, close to stores.The oversized garage storage area has heat and cooling, plenty of room for toys, sand buggies, motor cycles, etc.We have 2 full size RV rental sites that have 50 amp service, water and septic.Each lot has 50% usage of the onsite garage and storage area.Garbage, water, septic are included in the monthly rent.Power is metered, and will be apportioned @ 50% per lot.Garage has an oversize swamp cooler and propane heater.Easy access to park even those large 5th wheels , trailers, or motorhomes. Great area.
